Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello, I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her incredible husband JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. My followers are mostly on my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows and all in between. I came to America with my family and brothers at the age of one and a half years old I would not be now sharing my story with you if it weren't for my parents love hard work and sacrifice. As I knew I could achieve a better future I set out to succeed and make my parents happy. I believed my life would go the same way as I graduated from university, be offered an executive position, marry and begin an family. My life that I planned for me did not turn out to be. In 2013, I discovered that I didn't like going to work in my job as a corporate employee. Money and status did not excite me. I felt like I wasted my time to earn money. As I began to move to a new path in life I discovered that I was a personal trainer and my passion. I'm a sucker for fitness, and I love being around people and helping them. The year 2014 was the year that I founded my small company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian women. In order to be an innovator in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live a happier and healthier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to suit their requirements and help them achieve their goals. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can achieve their goals, follow their passions and live the life you've always wanted to live. When my business was taking the air, I lost my mother. This loss is the most devastating of them all. Following an 8-year battle with Scleroderma, she is currently resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to keep her in my thoughts as well as my heart. Life really does have a way with giving us exactly what we need even when we're unable to grasp the lessons at the time. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways. I believe my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her death. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on to her next chapter and my chance to live one that was meaningful and enjoyable. What I'm experiencing now as I enter my 30s, is a feeling of vitality and awareness. It's like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and words. It will allow you to know you're not alone. It is possible to getting anything you'd like to. Therapy is necessary and normal. Health is the greatest riches. There is only one chance to live. I hope you be the best version of yourself.
